Afternoon in Point Reyes

E and I took a quick trip up to the Point Reyes National Seashore north of San Francisco. It reminded me of Wellfleet on Cape Cod in September: beautiful beaches, crisp temperatures, perfect light.

I can laugh now, but it wasn’t funny at the time. I wouldn’t advise going muddin’ on a heavy motorcycle in the middle of the empty Texas pan handle immediately after flash flooding. Lesson learned …
